Dubai: Rony - Vivian to enthrall music lovers at Omzoor Event

Dubai, Feb 18: The third anniversary bash of Omzoor parishioners spread around UAE (Omzoorche Dive) is just two days away.

Two leading artistes of the event Rony Crasta and Vivian Santosh have just arrived here and they have assured rocking musical extravaganza at Dubai Grand Hotel on Friday, February 18.

The Omzoor Committee members accorded a warm welcome to the artistes at the airport. Both Rony Crasta and Vivian Santosh are self composers of their songs and have presented several musical nites in and around Mangalore. They have also brought out few of their own musical albums. ’Mavisa’ album by Rony Crasta was a big hit among the listeners. He has also rendered his voice for a Konkani movie as a play back singer.


Vivian Santosh became popular after his ’Mogachem Milan Zalama’ song which is usually played during wedding ceremonies in Catholic community spread around the world. Apart from five of his own albums, he has presented over 10 musical nites. Both artistes are performing for the first time outside India.

The day-long event which will begin from 10.30 am promises entertainment galore, with live music/rib tickling standup comedy, dance performances, sumptuous buffet lunch and prizes.

Along with visiting artistes, talented and veteran singers from Dubai will also present some of the top hit Konkani songs in the event. Reshma Cutinho, Reena Lorena, Stany D’Souza, Uttam Menezes, Lancy Madtha and Joseph Mathias are the other artistes who will put forth their musical talent before the audience.

Dony Correa will be the host for the event. Pradeep and team will amuse the gathering with some of the finest jokes.
