: Thumbay Hospital, the 150 bed ultra-modern private teaching hospital in Dubai owned by Thumbay Group is conducting a heart check-up camp titled ‘Healthy Heart Check’, from September 26 to October 10.

The camp, which is being held to mark the occasion of World Heart Day, features a special offer of just AED 450 for heart check-up which includes lipid profile, SGOT, SGPT, fasting blood sugar, complete blood picture and cardiologist consultation. As part of the camp, the hospital is also offering ECG, echo and TMT tests at discounted costs, in case any of these are advised by the cardiologist during check-up.

Commenting on the Healthy Heart Camp, Akbar Moideen Thumbay, director of the healthcare division of Thumbay Group said, “We are pleased to conduct this special camp, which is our effort to reach out to the people to raise awareness for regular heart check-ups, as good quality healthcare is usually rather expensive in this part of the world.” He added that the regular health camps conducted by Thumbay Group’s hospitals were intended to help the public gain easy access to superior healthcare.
